Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund if cancelled 14 days before course start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before course start date
• No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before course start date
• Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

5. Course Completion and Certification

5.1 Completion Requirements

To receive course completion certificates, students must:

• Attend all required sessions (minimum 80% attendance for in-person courses)
